Can't host through my DSL modem

I recently subscribed to DSL from the local telephone company and was wondering how I can use my DSL modem to host my website. I already have IIS going in Win2000 Server and a default website that works on our LAN. However, whenever I try to access it via the internet (ie. http://myip) it doesn't interact with my webserver and no page is found. My modem is a Vision Net 200ES. Thanks.
**I could access my webserver before I had DSL by using a dial-up modem.
