I build a computer 2 days ago, installed Vista, ect. and everything is fine. My motherboard is a XFX 750i SLI nFORCE motherboard. BUt for some reason I can't access the BIOS. I have tried holding many keys down during boot, but nothing seems to work.

No need to hold any keys down, just press the appropriate key(s) at the appropriate time. That is immediately after the single POST bleep. Pressing it before then wont do any good as the keyboard is not responsive till the POST beep has happened.
Look at the bottom of the screen when it first displays and it should tell you which key or keys to press.

If you're not sure when to hit the key, just continually tap DEL immediately during bootup
