Hi,
I have a dvd-writer and a cd-writer,but both drives are not showing up in My Computer.Earlier both weer working fine. When i checked under device manager, both were highlighted in yellow color and udner properties this message was displayed "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". I tried reinstalling the drivers but again i get the same error. Could someone please help me out with this problem?
