When it comes to select boot device it does not matter which one I select they all say, inf filetxtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing status 8192. I have no boot up disk to put in what can I do to get this computer up and running?

I'd borrow a cd and try repair maybe.

If you are stuck in the middle of an install might have to get floppies and try it again.

You can get the floppies from ms.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
