I'm not familiar with that product but if it has a separate print head that can often be the cause of the symptoms you mentioned.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

What about the ink cartridge? Could it be low, empty or clogged?

Verify that there is sufficient ink in the other colors.
If there is enough ink then repeat the cleaning process 2 or 3 more times, this sometimes helps with badly clogged print heads. If it does not help then it is your print heads that are the problem. With cheaper printers there are disposable print heads on the ink cartridges so changing them may help. On most better printers there are separate print heads that can be changed and sometimes they need to be changed every 2 or 3 years. Check these out on your full manual which is probably available online as a download from the mfg's site to see which you have and the expected life of each. Sometimes not using the printer for a number of months can cause a similar issue or the cartridges can go bad in the printer if they are not used within a certain time period.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Hello Manni1

Like say fingers you should review whether the other cartridges have sufficient ink levels, may be well, and that's when you need to do a cleaning of injectors, this is done by visiting printing devices.

When in printing devices, you must right-click the printer, and select print tools, then this part must be selected and then maintenance cleaning nozzles.

According to the problem you have, you'd better make cleaning nozzles in the color cartridges, follow the steps below if you want more help.
