PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a Mpc190 and can no longer Print or scan images. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all associated drivers and programmes and still get a communication failure. I have disconnected both usb cable & power supply and reattached, windows has detected and installed drivers and so on but still i get the following message.
"Unable to communicate with the device Please start "MPservice" from the services applet in the control panel Then please right click on the status monitor to reconnect and try again."
followed by
"The print job failed to complete Reason: Unable to communicate with device Device turned off or disconnected"
I have run mpservice and it says that the programme is started and running & then says as above. Please help me as i am ready to turf the thing over my shoulder.
