Hey, I reinstalled my canon i550 today and still it is giving me messages "Paper Jam." "press the resume button to remove the jam" I checked 10 times inside the printer and saw one tiny bit of piece stuck in there so I removed it and thought that everything should work. BUT no! The printer is still saying that paper is jammed somewhere. I noticed something. While I was taking the little piece of paper out of the printer I noticed that my black ink cartiage was leaking. Almost everywhere I touch my hands get dirty with black ink and I was wondering if this is the reason why my printer is saying that error. What is the best way to clean the ink?
