I have a canon bjc-2010 printer I installed new cartridges and I keep getting an error message saying "A BJ cartridge error occurred. Install the BJ cartridge properly and close the printer's front cover." I know the cartridge is in correctly and the correct cartridge is in. I reset the printer, cleaned the connectors the cover is closed, I cannot think of anything else that could be the problem. Any Guesses? thanks
