Canon BJC-1000SP printer prints white ink

hi, i have a canon bjc-1000sp printer that works like a normal working printer but it's just spits out paper clean, as if it has printed the paper with white ink. the head is clean and the cartridge is a re-fill. thanks

Then the refiller was color blind! Anyways, get another cartridge (Not a refill!) and try that. If it is still printing like that, then you need to do the following:
1. Check the Ink hoses. If there is white ink in them, then clean the hoses.
2. Check the head (again.)
3. If it still is printing that way, then watch Office Space (1998). You'll get the picture.

sir, there are no ink hoses, the cartridge is bc-01, it's like the printing head is built-in the cartridge.
