cann't open local disks

Hi everyone
I have problem with opening local disks. I have 3 partition and all 3 are opening with "open with".
How can fix my problem

If you don't get exact fix then consider these ideas.

System restore point to time when it worked.

Run "repair" booted to xp cd. or sfc.exe /scannow. Would need sp3 network install after that.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Check the following. It says it's for mapped drives, but I 'think' I remember it working for normal drives.
