Hi, this is my first time building a PC. Here are my components: CPU: Core i5 2.66 Ghz Video Card: EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX + RAM: Corsair Xms3 6 Gig Motherboard: GIGABYTE P55-UD3R PSU: Corsair TX650W Case: Antec 1200 After assembling these parts, nothing seems to be showing up on the monitor. I know it's not an issue with the monitor, since I tested it with my laptop. From what I can tell, it's not a power issue either, as the fans on the CPU, video card, and the case were all running.

First benchtest,all u need is cpu,ram,video card, one stick of ram, keyboard,monitor,psu and mobo.Make sure everything is set correctly.

As kuwese mentioned, you should ALWAYS benchtest your hardware to confirm that it works BEFORE installing it in the case. You now have no idea what the problem may be. My advice is to pull everything out of the case & start from scratch. How to Bench Test Your System Make sure the heatsink/fan is mounted properly. Did you have to apply thermal paste or was there a thermal pad already preinstalled on the heatsink? If you used paste, it MUST be applied correctly.
