Can you change user permissions in Linux for a usb drive tha

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core i5-2500K CPU @3.30GHz
I get Access Denied on my USB drive because I fiddled with permissions thinking I had Administrator Privileges and could change them back. Now I cannot access the USB drive. Anyone have a solution for my stupidity?

That is a very puzzling -- you must have had Admin privileges to change the permissions in the first place surely?

You could always log in to the default Admin account and modify the permissions:
