The board has some age on it so finding out for sure is going to be a rip your hair out type of adventure.
The long chips in the second pic are prom chips. This board looks custom designed to do just one job. Either a custom designed server or it came out of an old arcade game machine setup. At any rate the big clue is the serial number on the bios chip. You could contact Award and give them the serial number of the bios chip. When they custom wrote bios software it carried a serial number.
By the way AMD didn't make the DX4, Intel did.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...

Ok Those Chips Are Actually The Cach Chips.

This board looks custom designed to do just one job. Either a custom designed server or it came out of an old arcade game machine setup.

It Is Just A Standered Stock 486 Mobo.

At any rate the big clue is the serial number on the bios chip. You could contact Award and give them the serial number of the bios chip. When they custom wrote bios software it carried a serial number.

And On The Original Chip in The Mobo It Says

"Advanced Micro Deviced" (AMD)
"Am486 TM DX4-100"

"Desinged For Microsoft Windows 95"
