Can not run new video card

hey guys i have this issue for months and posted on other forums but everybody said ( wow i dont know why) but can u please solve this well look..

I had the normal VIdeo card that came with my comp ( intel media acceleltaror 125mb) but i changed my viideo card in christmas for an ATI x1650PRO of 512MB but SINCE DECEMBER I CANT PLAY ANY GAMES ANY GAMES NONE CAN BE PALAYED NORMAL ALL OF THEM CRASH included new games of the 2008 also crash so can u guys or girls help me pls!!!!!!!!!!! i am tired and really tireed of the crashing in my computer just tell me what i must do i also uninstalled my last video card and also i have installed direct X 9.0c so pls need help awwww!!!!!!!

It seem to me that the power supply is not adequate for the graphic card.

The error messages are a clue to what your problem is. Could be a driver conflict or some other software problem. Can you post the message? Also, does the card require a plug-in from the PSU? If so, is it connected?

sry for the delay didnt refreshed the site so it kept the same message so sorry guys but yah i use a PSU and is connected and my power supply is very good so my guess is
hardware conflicts?!?!?! omg how can i fix ?? would the new catalyst 8.2 would fix this ?? anyway downlading it rigth now
