Specs: Windows 7 ultimate, celeron D 2.00Ghz/2.5Gb kingston DDR2
i was using an nVidia GT9500 1Gb graphics card which worked fine until i started playing more demanding games, so i bought a Geforce GT520 2Gb graphics, can both video cards be used at the same time as 1 video card without the SLi or crossfore bridge cable....

i have both installed but currently using my GT520 , the GT9500 isnt recognised/enabled at can i enable both for use at the same time but utilise the vram on the GT9500

For starters, both cards you mentioned suck. If you want to be able to play games, you need a gaming card, not a low end/entry level POS. As for running 2 cards, SLi is for nvidia, Crossfire is for AMD/ATI .To be able to take advantage of it, you need a board that supports it, a power supply capable of handling it, & matched GPUs.
