Specs: Windows, 9 gb
My laptop is a samsung 9 book lite
Quad core processor (up to 1.4 Ghz)
9gb ram
64 bit operating system
Windows 8.1
Total available graphics memory 2048 mb
Dedicated video memory 512 mb
System video momory 0 mb
Shared system memory 1536 mb

I want to upgrade my dvm( so can I?
I cant find it in bios cuz mine is different

Dedicated VRAM cannot be increased on any computer and it's not shown in the BIOS anyway. Dedicated VRAM refers to the RAM chips that are attached to the graphics card.
How are you going to increase that? - - you can't obviously.

Only shared RAM can be adjusted (that's the amount of system RAM that the graphics card uses in addition to the dedicated VRAM).

But if shared RAM adjustment is not shown in your BIOS settings, you can't increase it. It's fixed.

DVM is a fixed amount of memory that's used only by graphics. It's separate from the system memory & the amount cannot be changed.

Are you familiar with how graphics card in desktop computers work? For example, if you have a card with 512MB memory & you need 2GB memory, you would have to buy a new card & swap them. So to get more dedicated memory in a laptop, you would have to buy a better laptop.
