can a wireless problem cause only one half to

Specs: Windows Vista
My husband's computer is connected by a cable to our HP C4700 Laserjet 3 in 1 printer. My computer uses the same printer but I have been printing wirelessly. Until today I was printing fine. Today I am have printing problems. About 1/4 of my document is printing ( The 1/4 on the left side). The rest is blank. When my husband prints the same documents using the same printer, it prints fine. I have tried re-booting my computer and have shut off and turned back on the printer. Neither helped.

Last night my husband was trying to make a copy and he ended up hitting photo quality. So he canceled the copy and chose to copy in black and white, which was not successful so I think he canceled the copy. The next time I tried to print I had this 1/4 quarter only printing. :-(
I would really appreciate some help. Thanks.

It has nothing to do with the wireless, the problem is probably a misconfigured printer setting. Since your husband's computer prints OK, your computer is most likely the one with the problem.

I guess you could try a "restore point".

Normally you can't play with one computer and mess up the other. I guess it is possible that your computer actually prints to his computer and there is the issue. Try the restore point.

If your computer actually prints to the printer then that would be odd. The settings on the printer would have been changed. Print out the settings page. Or just set back to default.
