Hi,

I have a problem with my computer now I have purchased a
digital camera.

When I attach the camera to my laptop if I transfer one
or two images from the camera via the supplied USB lead
it works fine but if I try to move a larger number of
pictures or a single short video clip the computer
crashes. A memory dump then occurs and the laptop reboots.

I have reinstalled the camera driver a few times but this
hasn't solved the problem.

I am using a Mustek MDC3000 digital camera, Windows XP
Home Edition and a laptop with a 1Ghz processor and 512Mb
of RAM.

Any help greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Steve

I have been in touch with Mustek.
It seems my USB support may need updating.
Any advice on this greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Steve
