I have a CR-i500 made by InWin which is internal (uses a FDD bay) and reads CF, SD-MMC, Sony Memory Stick, Smart Media and also provides a front USB2 port. It was very easy to fit and works well. There is an external version here (sorry I dont know how to make a link).

Card readers are readily available for all digicam storage cards, including Sony Memory Stick. eBay is a good place to see them and compare prices. If your PC supports USB 2 then USB 1 devices will still work (USB 2 is backwards compatible) but at the slower speed of the USB 1 platform. The combination card readers are somewhat more expensive than the single card readers and you must decide if you really want the combination type.
