Hello! I currently have a FM-3623 ESS2838 voice modem. I am trying to set up a call tree/menu system. Sadly although my modem has "enhance caller id functions" I dont see any caller id when a call comes in. My line is caller id enabled as I have a little boxx that tells me whose calling connected to another extension. It might be important that I'm in the uk, it might not be.
Thanx, Spinal

I have come up with an idea. Could it be that the modem driver is set to receive the caller id in another format? Say for the USA? How to I change my locale to UK in such a case?
