SO I just an Avermedia VOlar Max tv tuner. When I first connected it to the PC directly I got like 7 channels but the rest of them seem encrypted. I bought a cable box and then hook the tv tuner box to that in hopes to decrypting those channels. I expected to get channel 3 so I can use the cable box, I am not picking up anything. ANyone have any ideas? thx
