burning trouble

Hi. I have tried everthing to burn with no luck. Tried Nero 7 Ultra, and 2 other burning softwares.Tried CMC- Mags,Maxells and sony dvd-R media. Tried to upgrade firmware where only an error came up-CANNOT FIND NEC DVD_RW ND 3500AG. Burn process fails right at the begining of writing after transcoding. Error reads-UNABLE TO CREATE DISC STRUCTURE. Thanks for any help. I also have a log.
