If u buy components from newegg a rosewill 630w is a better option.
Other components are ok but if i were u i will take phenom II X4 955 be and not thinking about gtx 460.

If u can't find rosewill 630w unit then go with corsair 550 unit.
GTX 460 outpeform hd 6790, but gtx 460 is replaced by gtx 560.
Can u afford phenom II x4 955 be with gtx 560 or with hd 6790?

Why are you buying from a shop rather than online?

I tend to select both online and local sources. In some cases each has an advantage.

It may be also that you could buy a complete pre-built system that comes complete with extras like warranty, software and tech support.

By the time you pay the customs duty or pay off a customs agent I doubt it would be worth it.
I wouldn't spend too much on anything in the PI unless it is a well trusted source. Too much not quite right there.
