how can i build a HP proliant server ML 150 G2 server from scratch?
with;
2k3 OS,
(hardware)Raid 5,
tape drive,
etc.

You cannot "build a HP proliant server ML 150 G2 server" from scratch. All of the parts are not readily available to the average consumer. Even if you could the total cost of the individual parts would be more than buying a new one. You may be able to buy a minimally configured G2 server and then add parts to customize it to your tastes, or you could build a system with similar specifications, but it would not actually be a "HP proliant server ML 150 G2 server".
