I don't see any trouble using WD Raptor as main. I guess your old Maxtor and cd drive has to be connected together at same IDE bus.

Make sure that memory is listed on the Intel site for that board as tested and approved. If not it may not even boot (this holds true for all PC3200 and all boards not just Intel).
It has to be listed and the EXACT same type or don't use it and ge some that does.

Hi,
In the intel's website http://developer.intel.com/design/motherbd/bz/bz_mem.htm#1
I noticed that the Corsiar memory is not even listen for my MB. Would it be that possible? The Intel's site was upgraded for last October 7th. Maybe i should switch to another type of memory just for any case?

Go for a Abit MB. I've got the IC7-MAX3, good board for OCing. With a 2.6 you should be able to hit at least 3.2

I checked Abit but i noticed that there was no SATA/RAID support(newegg.com) I doubt if it doesnt support SATA/RAID but just wanna make sure that if i buy the WD Rapton it would be compatible with this MB.

Also, I noticed that the prize is little bit high. Its like almost 50 $ more expensive then the Intel listed on my first post. The Intel MB costs 140$ and the IC7-MAX3 is almost 190$(newegg.com) do u think that the difference in prize is worth for the difference in quality?

Exactly my point,

Boasting brand names will get you nowhere in a factual discussion of the subject.
Read the Intel list (Asus boards have their own as well)and buy one of the choices, it's that simple.
