You can use the built-in graphics if you don't want to play demanding games. You need no additional controller cards.

Motherboards don't normally come with memory unless you buy a motherboard bundle (m/b, CPU, memory). You need memory if the m/b doesn't come with it. You don't mention it but, obviously, you need a processor.

✔ Best Answer
"the motherboard I selected (H87M-E LGA 1150 Intel mATX Motherboard) has graphic chipset"

The board has no graphics chipset. The graphics are integrated into the CPU, provided you select the right CPU. If you choose a CPU without graphics, you will need to install a graphics card.

Intel HD graphics are part (integrated) of the Intel processor you need to purchase if you have not already. If it was part of the bundle, make sure that it is a processor that actually includes the graphics (I believe that all CPU's that are suitable for your MB actually include graphics). Understand that if you are considering any gaming, you will eventually end up adding a graphics card to your system. In this case, make sure that the power supply you choose can handle the upgrade or you will need to upgrade that also when the time comes.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
