I could not get any of your links to work...
Bio Star
2 gig RAM OCZ,
AMD 64 3400 Athlon
Thermaltak SVKing Case
XFX 7600 GT
Zalman CNP Heatsink
500W Antec TruPower

The links are broken, but I took a look at the two motherboards using the SKU number in the link.
That first board has integrated graphics and is using a chipset I'm not familiar with. I'd suggest this board which is similar to the 2nd one but it does not have SLI: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicat...

You're not gonna find a lot of people supporting your decision to shop at TigerD.
The motherboard, or more importantly, the chipset the motheboard is based on makes a HUGE difference in performance. If you're gonna run an Intel CPU, get a board based on an Intel chipset. If you're gonna get an AMD S939 CPU, get a board based on the nForce4 Ultra or nForce4 SLi. If you're gonna get an AMD AM2 CPU, get a board based on the nForce 570 Ultra or nForce 570 SLi. If you wanna go all out, get a board based on the nForce 590 SLi.
Intel's Core2 Duo beats anything AMD has to offer, so keep that in mind.

Read about them at the better business bureau.
Then check out newegg.com
Many people have been lured into tiger direct by their special deals only to be disappointed, myself included.
For instance. One soyo barebones kit for $19, almost one year and 40 emails later I finally got my rebates. I know some people that never got them.
Tiger beware.
