Build high performance xeon workstation

Specs: Windows XP SP3, xeon 3.4mhz /12gb
Hi, I have recently been given a poweredge 2600 and sc1240, Both came with powerful 3.4mhz xeon processors. I am looking at building a workstation from one of these for graphic and video editing. It of course would be great if i could mod one of them but as dell like to make there servers very hard to do this. The problem i am having is finding a motherboard which supports the mpga604 socket and also has a dual socket. I also require the board to have pci-e x16. Does anyone have any suggestions of where i can find one or what i might be able to do?

Check these out. You may be out of luck with a pci-e slot though.

Sell it and get a workstation platform. Dell made it hard to convert their servers into workstations an I doubt you'd be happy with the performance.
I get the feeling there never was a pci-x video card. I know. I tried all this already.
