I got above mentioned video decoder as a present without knowing what it is for. As I found out I can put i. e. a camera behind it. What can I do with this card and where do I get the right driver? Can I also use it with a normal Video Camcorder in order to get motion picture onto my PC to edit them? THANX.

I dont know what the AKPF stands for but Bt848 is the chipset for a tv/video capture card. It should have a female RCA jack and and antenna in connection, either of these can be used to capture from any source compatible.
