BSOD - Win2K8 Server

Specs: Windows 2008 Std 32 bit, 2X Xeon E5205/2GB
Every few days, I get a BSOD and restart from this server. I am not on-site, so I can't select No Restart. Here is the code...

The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000027d, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8c39a6d0).

The only useful way to troubleshoot BSOD STOP errors is to
analyze the memory dump files with WinDbg (Windows
Debugger):

Otherwise, you're just guessing at what the problem is.
