BSOD, possibly RAM issues, need confirmation

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Hi, I've had two BSOD's for apparently no reason, but I suspect faulty memory.

I performed the Windows memory check on standard, and it passed. I then did the extended test and it got stuck on 21% (I waited for 30 mins and it didn't progress). I pressed F1 to go to the options and it did that but reeeeally slowly. Changing the options and then applying did nothing. However, it did not throw up any errors, it just kinda slowed to a stop.

I've heard that faulty RAM can still potentially pass the standard test.

I have uploaded the two Windows minidumps, if someone could take a look. I don't know how to look at or analyse these, so thanks :)

Download and run this to check memory. Why do you suspect memory? What did the screen say?
