Try this link?

Although I don't see why you can't use the link you had initially?

I only know of one helper on here from Australia (Johnw). Keep watching as he might be able to help with that support number.

I assume you tried these:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Generally with online purchases of software there is a link emailed to you that you follow for the download. If you did not delete the confirming email then you still have it. If you did delete it, then check in your deleted item folder in your email for it and restore it to its normal inbox location.
Also support from the site you purchased it from should be able to direct you to the correct site or tech support.
Note slao that Windows really requires at least 15% free disk space and runs better when there is considerably more than that. This pertains to your bootable drives as well as your data drives. If your two OS's reside on more than one partition on a single drive and this is a desktop computer, consider adding another hard drive and moving/reinstalling one of your OS's to the other drive. If the new drive is large enough, partition enough for that 'drive' off it and format the rest of it for a common storage drive.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I don't know why you would pay for burning software when there are so many freebie programs available that work just as good. CDBurnerXP, DeepBurner, & InfraRecorder are a few I can recommend, but there are several others:

A couple of ways to free up drive space - download CCleaner-Portable, unzip it, then double click on the exe file. Remove everything it finds.

You can also delete all your System Restore files or reduce the amount of hard drive space System Restore uses.
