Got an IBM thinkpad 240, it came with Win XP but the hard rive died! got new one but cant seem to get Win XP installed as there is no CD Rom.. Have external USB drive but cant get the bios to recognize it as a bootable device (no option). Any one any ideas how to get it booting of external USB CDROM. Any help would be sincerely appreciated,
