Hi,
I have recently installed a new KS75A Mobo with an Athlon XP 1800 chip. I put it all into my current case.

Recently I have encountered problems with starting my machine up. The monitor wont click on, and I have to keep turning it off and on again to make it eventually work.

Usually when it does work, it hasnt recognised my CD drive.

I was wondering if perhaps this is because my power supply is not 300W, and thats what is needed. I have two hard drives, and a cd drive with a zip drive as the slave to that.

Is it just power or something to do with my board?

I have plugged another monitor into it as well, and had the same problem.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Nick
