When booting up, I get a message saying: error- set date and time/run configuration utility. But, it won't let me into setup. The screen freezes. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Try clearing the CMOS, it should tell you how to do this is your M/B manual or on the manufacturers website.

2.I cannot boot my win98 anymore. It started with giving a false cpu value, half less than what I have.
