When I start my computer and have the bios set to boot from harddrive 1, I get an error "boot device Failure",and my computer freezes. When I set the bios to boot from the cd rom and leave the win xp disk in it boots ok. I ran scandisk from dos, checked the harddrive for any virus, reinstalled the latest bios for the motherboard, and reinstalled windows xp, and this didn't help. Thanks for any help. maxor 13G harddrive soyo p4is2 motherboard pentium p4 2.0 GH
