Hi, I have been trying to ge my computer to work for a while now, but can't even get it to boot up. I even tried with the windows disk. It goes to the screen tat has boot windows normally, safe mode, ect.. but even when I click one it goes to the blue screen and it reads something like " beginning physical memory dump
physical memory dump complete"

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out whats wrong, I don't know toomuch about fixing computers..

If you haven't changed which ram you have in the computer, you may have a poor connection in the ram slots.

See response 2 in this - try cleaning the contacts on the ram modules, and making sure the modules are properly seated:

For a laptop, you must remove both its main battery and AC adapter before you do that.

See the User's or Owner's manual for your model if you need more info about how to properly remove and install the ram.

have u gone into the bios to change the boot order so it would boot to the windows disk
(sounds like a corrupt os because it is trying to boot to windows) if the os boot fails then go after hdd mem and main board
also reseat the componants and possibly change the thermal compound on the cpu
if u have to reload windows get a new hdd so u can pull the info off your old hdd as a slave and u wont have to worry about losing important info
