I have a gateway mx3414. every time i try to play a video game 98% of the time is freezes and the screen goes blue with a stop message. The message itself is blurry so I can hardly depict what it says. After doing some research I figured it was the video card... but after going to gateways site and updating, it still doesn't work. I tried to run the gateway drivers and applications thing so it would automatically install all updates but I get an error message with that too (even after trying to fix it). So could someone please help me out?! Perhaps it's the BIOS but I'm hoping it isn't... cause that requires calling places...
