The beeps are important, exactly how many are you getting? are the gaps in-between beeps long or short?

Some people are like Slinkies™, not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs...

Usually means one of your cards has worked it's way loose, check inside your case and make sure cards are seated firmly.

I have only got one card in there which is the graphics card and its not loose. Its a VA-503+ Mobo so i will have to try and find the manual off the net for it,

Continous beeps usually means no RAM installed/detected. Most other problems give a set number of beeps, but check your MB/BIOS manuals.

Think about getting some contact cleaner or something similiar.
