black monitor, black keyboard dell mtc2

Specs: Windows XP
There was a threat of severe T-storms today, so I powered down the Dimension 2350 MTC2 and unplugged the power cord. Half hour later, plugged it back in, power on, and black monitor. I can hear both fans running, all internal plugs are good, diagnostic lights at the rear are the same as a running MTC2 I have in the same room ( I think, as I'm sort of color blind. That makes any diagnostics tough). Might have to get someone in here that's not color challenged. I swapped hard drives and the drive from the down tower works fine in the other tower, so it's not the hard drive. Power voltages are the same between both towers at capped hard drive plug (11.8 and 5.1). Restarted many times and same problem. When first punching the power button, the three keyboard lights come on for a couple seconds, then off. Shut down computer and monitor says "no signal" but totally black while computer is on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I got someone in who could verify the diagnostic light colors and that indicated a memory issue. Took one of the 512s out and everything worked. Swapped the remaining one for the first one out, and back to no-startup, so I have a bad memory module that will be replaced under warrantee.
