Check your Motherboard manual to see what the Beeps mean. There should be some instructions on Beep Codes.
a. If you have only installed memory then make sure it is correctly installed and pushed well in. b. Try the memory in another slot. c. Be careful not to touch the memory modules, ensure pC is switched off and you take antistatic precautions.
If still no luck, post here your Motherboard details and system specs.

Thanks Jim i try change the mems. I put the mems on another pc and they are ok. But in this always the beps thing. I even take off the battery, wait for minuts, but stills the same. :(
3 beeps means you video card is either hosed or proabaly more likely, it got jossled a little when you were instaling the RAM and isn't seated correctly in the AGP slot. Remove the card and re-seat it.
