Its a Toshiba C660 28R.......It seems the system is set to quick boot so no screen comes on but before it used to have the Toshiba screen with f2 for setup and f12 for boot order, but since set to quick boot i cant get f2 or any other to work and i need to boot from cd drive as the system wont start and i need to repair it through windows 7 disk
F2 should still get you into BIOS Setup regardless of what doesn't appear on the screen during the boot process. You just need to press and hold down F2 as soon as you turn on your laptop. Keep F2 pressed until BIOS Setup opens.
