Bios version

How can I see the BIOS version when it goes by so quickly. I've tried pressing the 'Pause Break' button but it didn't work.

Yeah, I agree RAyMan; Aida32 is amazing and it's free. No spyware either. Makes me a little paranoid suspicious :0)
