The first question we would ask is WHY do you want to do a bios update? Are you having some kind of problem that will be addressed by a bios update? The method is determined by the motherboard and the bios version you are dealing with and you have not provided any detail. If you simply want to update for the sake of it then my advice is Don't. A bad bios flash can kill a motherboard
