BIOS detects all resources but nothing loads

Intel Dp55wb desktop motherboard - chips...
December 5, 2010 at 12:48:26
Specs: Windows 7, 8 GB
1. I cleared password to BIOS, BIOS detects HD's DVD/RW drives, RAM, I then RESTARTED PC with optimal defaults, saved settings, exit, REBOOTS, then
3. Nothing happens. I am unable to load any disks, Windows 7 or Recovery disks, nothing.
4. I downloaded updated BIOS's from Intel both on cd & flash.
5. Tried to install with USB flash DID NOT WORK. Even when BIOS was set to boot from USB only. I tried the CD, BIOS recognizes the DVD/RW drives, but NOTHING LOADS even as 1st boot option in boot sequence.
I even bought 2 new SATA HD and DVD/RW drive.
I removed memory modules, then inserted 1, (3 beeps) then 2, no problems with memory.
Still nothing loads

PLEASE ADVISE

What did you select to boot first in the start option?

What went on before this ?

Was the computer working fine before step 1 ?

You DO NOT try to update your bios when the computer is NOT working properly !

"I removed memory modules, then inserted 1, (3 beeps) then 2, no problems with memory. "

If there was nothing wrong, unless, possibly, if you have DDR3 ram, you will hear only ONE beep while booting when at least one module was installed .
