BIOS corrupted

Recently i reinstalled my XP and when i tried
to install the Motherboard softwares i installed
BIOS -related software and i clicked on flash
button then the system went to standby mode
in which the cpu was on but monitor and
keyboard were not working i waited for few
minutes then i tried to restart but it didn't work.
i then switched off my ups and when i
switched on it was same condition. i think i
flashed my bios. now nothing works.pls advise
how to resolve this problem
BIOS details-- 686 AMIBIOS
DO51 0450
Mother board details-- ECS 945 GCT M2/1333

What you need to know and do is in the instructions. If this presents a problem, you may need to get help from a knowlegeable friend or a Repair Shop.
