I could not get into the BIOS set-up so I cleared CMOS by using jumper on M6TBA motherboard. Now I can get in to bios set-up but the system does not recognize any of my devices including the floppy.

Make sure: > Your drives' jumpers are properly set to Master/Slave; > Your IDE cables are properly plugged in to the proper sockets on the mobo, and each cable is oriented properly as plugged into each drive (use the key tabs and/or red wire on the cable goes to #1 pin) and the other ends properly plugged into the mobo; > All power cables are connected to all drives; > Your CMOS battery is good. >> If all above don't work, return/exchange the mobo

I dont want to scare you off or anything, but did you, perhaps, leave the power cord plugged in while taking out the CMOS jumper? If you did, your mobo has quite propably fried. Dont ask me why, i dont know, i just heard about it :/
While emptying the CMOS, ensure that the power is definitively off and that there is no standby - power of any kind.
Otherwise, you should just adventure through BIOS to re-install the correct settings like TopFarmer suggested.
