Bios and monitor doesn't display some times.

Specs: Windows Vista, AMD Turion 64x2 2 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM.
I have a TX1320US PC which is notorious for its VIDEO card failure and monitor not displaying due to Nvideo graphics chip coming off the board due to over heating. Have fixed that issue by redoing the heat sinks.

But right now my problem is that monitor doesn't switch on every time I boot up. Bios screen doesn't turn up and then I have to reboot several times to get the bios screen and subsequently to login. Once I get the BIOS screen then everything is normal and I can work without any interruptions.

I can detect whether the Bios screen will come up or not by looking at the hard disk led. If it comes on twice then BIOS is going to come up.

I am having a Laptop model TX1320US. - SATA hard drive. Nvidia graphics.

Any Ideas.

Sounds like you still have the original problem to a degree. Cold solder joints can cause those symptoms.
