i have recently downloaded a game- Civilization 3. when i unzipped the game a message appeared that said i was missing the binkw32.dll file. i have got gotten the file and attempted to fix this problem. now i get two error messages: Error:the binkw32.dll file is incorrectly installed in the Windows or Windows system directory. Error Starting Program: the binkw32.dll file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem.
