Bigger power supply

Specs: Windows 7
Hi my emachine works great but can i replace the Lite On 220w supply with a 450w that anyone can recommend.I have a PCI-E slot on my board for a graphics card but where do i look to see what kind of board it is.AMD 2.7GHz processor,2Gb ram DDR2,320gb hardrive.In need of help please...

Download this and run it. It should give you all the info you need, and post back. If you do swap out the psu, look for one with a single 12 volt rail and at least 30 amps on the rail. Check the Corsair line on Newegg.com.

Hey thanks again but do you think corsair 450w will fit in my emachine El 1200 slim tower the current lite on supply is a rectangular 1 or can i just transfer it all to a bigger tower

Thanks man dat siw setup exe fantastic wow!thanx 4 ur reply nw i have al the info to shop around,just need to know if 450w corsair will fit in my emachine EL1200 desktop pc so... yes, its refered to a desktop and not slim tower
